The Dream Team is designed to help you use your gifts and passions to make a difference here at Rise and in your community. We offer many different teams to make it easy for you to serve. From greeting visitors on Sunday, to leading a Small Group. Each team makes an eternal impact.

Host Teams
Host Teams are an essential part of church life and make Rise feel like home to every person who walks through our doors. God uses Host Teams to set the stage to reach more people and change lives.

Administration Team
Age: 18+, Background Check
The Administration Team uses the gift of administration to collect and maintain data to ensure information is secure, complete, and accurate so that everyone can take their next steps.

Baptism Team
Age: 14+ in High School
The Baptism Team hosts Water Baptism Experiences, ensuring the environment is excellent and meaningful for those making a public declaration of their faith in Jesus.

Dream Team Host Team
Age: 14+ in High School
The Dream Team Host Team serves by assisting other Team members with an excellent check-in experience when they serve and by fostering a caring environment in Dream Team Central.

Events Team
Age: 14+ in High School
The Events Team serves through a variety of roles to help create an excellent wow-factor experience for our guests. The Events Team serves at church-related Events, Special Events and Conferences.

First Responder Team
Age: 18+, Background Check, Certifications
The First Responder Team serves by providing an increased level of comfort and assurance for members and guests. Using their gifts, team members strive to provide our attendees with excellent first-aid medical care in emergency or non-emergency situations.

Greeter Team
Age: 14+ in High School
The Greeter Team serves through a variety of roles that help guests feel welcomed and informed at our services and events. Team members use their gifts to open doors, welcome and provide worship guides for each guest.

Age: 14+ in High School
The Host Team serves through engaging with people in the common areas and the auditorium, helping guests be oriented to the environment and spreading joy to all who call Rise Church home.The Greeter Team serves through a variety of roles that help guests feel welcomed and informed at our services and events. Team members use their gifts to open doors, welcome and provide worship guides for each guest.

Information Team
Age: 14+ in High School
The Information Team serves through a variety of roles that help guests feel welcomed and informed about our church. Team members are available (typically at a central station during services) to provide information, direction and resources for each person who asks questions about the church.

Parking Team
Age: 16+
The Parking Team serves through a variety of roles that help guests feel welcomed and safe as they drive onto our campus. Each team member helps to provide clear direction to the best parking for our guests. As the first “face” of Jesus and Rise Church, we seek to exhibit our Core Values in all we do!

The Prayer Team serves by covering services, teams, ministries, and events at Rise Church through prayer.

Resource Team
Age: 14+ in High School
The Resource Team serves through a variety of roles that help to facilitate our services. Team members use their gifts to prepare worship guides, keep the coffee carts cleaned and stocked, prepare communion, and keep the auditorium chair backs stocked with pens and tithing envelopes.The Prayer Team serves by covering services, teams, ministries, and events at Rise Church through prayer.

Set-Up/Take-Down Team
Age: 14+ in High School, Portable Locations
The Set Up Team serves using our gifts to facilitate building out our worship, Kids, Next Steps, Dream Team Central and other gathering areas each week at our portable location.

Support Team
The Support Team serves through supporting the campus and the teams in all ways that help to serve our guests. Using their gifts this team provides help in any areas needed to keep the campus clean, teams healthy in number, and caring for the guests at an excellent level.

Usher Team
Age: 18+, Male
The Usher Team serves through a variety of roles that help guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Using their gifts, team members strive to provide our guests with a positive distraction free, comfortable atmosphere allowing them to worship and hear the message of God.
Rise Kids Team
Our team helps kids have a genuine relationship with God, build a biblical foundation for their lives, grow with friends and leaders, and love being at church.
Rise Kids
The Kids Team serves through a variety of roles to help children connect with God and each other at Rise Kids. These ministries for children six weeks old through 10 years old are created and hosted by the Kids Team. They ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Rise Kids environment and help lead children through Bible-based curriculum and activities each week.
Outreach Team
The Outreach Teams demonstrate God’s love in practical ways by caring for the felt needs within our community, state, and nation.

The Outreach Team serves others in practical ways in the community. Team members use their gifting to lead and support outreach initiatives in the community, such as First Saturday Serve, Serve Day, Giving Hope, and more.
Rise Students Team
The Rise Students Teams help middle school, high school, and college students feel welcome and known by creating environments where they connect with God, experience Him, and take their next steps.
Students Team
The Students Team serves through a variety of roles that help students feel welcomed and known. Using their gifts, team members strive to provide our students with a distraction free, positive, and encouraging atmosphere allowing them to experience God and take next steps.
Rise Worship / Production Teams
Rise Worship is a collective team of pastors, musicians, worship leaders, and songwriters who serve every week at Rise Church.

The Worship Team serves through a variety of roles that help create a God-honoring and distraction-free atmosphere of worship for the church. Those who are gifted in musicianship and worship serve by praising God with instrument or voice in order to lead others to experience His presence. At Rise Church, we worship God in an authentic and passionate way.
