Worship Director

We’re looking for a Worship Director who loves Jesus, loves people, and lives to create moments where heaven meets earth on a Sunday morning. This is a lead role at the heart of what we do: building the team, shaping the sound, and stewarding the entire worship experience from the first note of pre-service to the final prayer moment. You’ll lead our band and vocalists, oversee our production team across audio, video, and lighting, and partner closely with Pastor David to align every Sunday with what God is doing in the house.

The right person is a strong musician and a strong leader, someone with at least 3 to 5 years of worship leading experience, real chops with Planning Center, ProPresenter, MultiTracks, plus a history of building healthy teams. But more than competency, we’re looking for someone who is called by God... a humble, teachable, faith-filled leader who is loyal to vision, hungry to grow, and ready to help us reach more people in Chattanooga and beyond.
